Competence and Experience

We have many years of experience in the design of injection moulds. Our experienced staff enjoy the use of a modern CAD-CAM system. On the CAD side, we use Solid Works but can handle all current file formats, while on the CAM side, we use Master CAM. To ensure ongoing development in this area, we make sure our staff takes a skill update course as needed.

At Silwa, we meet all challenges during the mould design process, from simple solutions to the most intricate. Even before the design work begins, quality is assessed based on the lifespan required of the mould. At Silwa, we stress the importance of adequate documentation with all mould designs.
